Jaebadiah oversees the property management & development divisions. Jaebadiah is the driving force behind business development, real estate development and acquisition opportunities. Jaebadiah earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and later earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Western Michigan Cooley Law School. Jaebadiah was introduced to real estate as a Project Engineer for Turner Construction building commercial high-rises in downtown Seattle. Jaebadiah’s focus is building business through investments, partnerships and community.
Damon brings 15 years of experience as a Designated Broker and new Broker trainer to the Onpoint family. After serving in the US Army, Military Intelligence Corp, he made the Greater Puget Sound area his home. He is the proud father of five boys, three of his own and two step children. He is an avid boater on the areas beautiful waters ways, and can be seen volunteer- ing for Seafair annually. Damon’s mission statement as your real estate Broker and property consultant is to guide you through the buying and selling process and ensure you understand and are comfortable every step of the way.
As a Leasing Specialist for Onpoint Real Estate Services, LLC (a GardnerGlobal Subsidiary), she presents rental properties to interested parties and helps them in the rental process from beginning to end, which included showings, reviewing & submitting applications, applicant negotiations, and applicant approval. In August, 2015, Tamara began working full-time for Onpoint as the HOA Accounts Manager, acting as liaison between condominium association Boards & creditors, managing condominium association owners’ accounts, paying association bills and keeping all financial books and records current. Her experience of owning her own interior design business adds to her expertise in client relations, and her attention to detail ensures ongoing client satisfaction. Anthony brings 20 years of Customer Service and Project Management to Onpoint Property Management. His role as the Client Relationship Manager will help to ensure that the needs of our clients are met, while bringing his industry knowledge and background to our customer’s greatest asset, their property! Outside of work, Anthony loves spending time with his family, his wife and three sons. Whether they are out eating, going to a play or enjoying time at home over dinner and drinks. He also enjoys going to the gym. He says it helps him keep his body, and mind on Onpoint! Along with his wife, they volunteer with #HashTagsLunchBags Seattle, which is a non-profit organization that provides food for the homeless. Assistant Property Manager & Executive Assistant
Guillermo has been part of GardnerGlobal, Inc. since July of 2015. Since then, Guillermo has worn many hats – and is currently excelling in his roles as Executive Assistant and Property Manager. As a full-time student at the University of Washington, he is on track to graduate in June of 2019 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Guillermo has goals of becoming a business owner of his own engineering firm – providing quality engineering consulting services on behalf of GardnerGlobal, Inc. and its subsidiaries. As Executive Assistant, his duties are to: maintain organization within the company, schedule meetings with team members, and strategize effective methods for growth. Every member of The Onpoint Family holds tremendous leadership qualities, making his job easier in keeping things organized. As Property Manager, his duties are to: connect homeowners with reliable tenants, maintain strong vendor relationships for maintenance/repairs, understand Landlord-Tenant laws and policies, and provide expert and reliable property management services for HOA’s and single-family homeowners. Guillermo employs efficient methods for data management, making it that much easier to meet his owner’s needs – as well as tenants.
Peter Kidane is a younger Agent on the team that started as an intern, worked up to an Assistant Property Manager, then earning the First Annual Onpoint Scholarship to receive his Brokers License. He fights for the educating home-buyers so that they have a better sense of home ownership, that’s where he creates the relationship between the agent and the home buyer. Peter spends his time with the East African community which he’s apart of being Eritrean. While envisioning a better way to help East Africans obtain ownership he’s also speaking to them to foster the relationship so that it can be resolved together. Andrew Hill is a Real Estate Broker with OnPoint Real Estate Services specializing in Residential Sales. Andrew, or Dru as his friends call him, brings a Marketing, Sales and Entertainment background to the OnPoint Family. Andrew has always had a love for real estate which started while playing his favorite board game, monopoly. He plans to own and develop property across the globe. When not closing deals, Andrew enjoys Music, Dancing, Sports, Whiskey, Wine, Cigars, Bacon and Cats. Andrew love’s meeting new people, making other’s laughing and helping his friends. Abiel Zewolday is our Marketing Associate and has been part of OnPoint Real Estate Services since January 2016. He currently is a full-time student at the Foster School of Business studying Information Systems and Marketing with a certificate in Sales. Harnessing the skills he’s gained through his professional experiences at Microsoft, Concur, and EY, and his educational background, Abiel is an asset to OnPoint because he is transforming OnPoint’s marketing strategy. As our Marketing Associate, his job is to create our marketing strategy and work with our Social Media Associate to ensure that we as an organization are properly communicating with our community and clients.
Social Media Associate & Events Coordinator
Michelle’s role as our Social Media Associate involves managing all of our marketing, social media pages, and e-mail. She also plays a large role in coordinating, designing, and bringing our events to life. Coming in with minimal exposure to the real-estate market, Michelle is highly self-motivated and works enthusiastically to learn, understand, and adapt to what the market encompasses in order to provide high quality content for Onpoint Real Estate Services, LLC. Michelle is currently a undergraduate at the University of Washington Seattle majoring in Gender, Women, and Sexuality studies. .
